    • Beatrice J Kozak of Oklahoma City, born February 28, 1904, died Tuesday at Mercy Health Center after a lengthy illness. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Frank Kozak, with who she operated Kozak Grocery for 31 years prior to their retirement 25 years ago. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church where she was a parishoner for 32 years. She was a member of the Altar Society and the Share and Care Club. Other than her husband, Frank, she is survived by one son, Dan Kozak of Midland, Texas, and one daughter Dolores "Lorrie" Kozak Kreger of Oklahoma City; one brother, Franklin Swanda of Rogers, Arkansas; and four grandchildren. They are Danette Kozak, LaJolla California; Dr Jeffrey Kozak, Houston Texas, and Karen and Kathy Kreger of Oklahoma City. Memorials may be made to Cancer Research, Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation. . A Rosary will be said at 7:30 pm on Thursday at Smith and Kernke Funeral Home. The Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 2 pm Friday, at Christ the King Catholic Church, Oklahoma City, with burial at Memorial Park Cemetery, Oklahoma City.

      Frank Kozak of Oklahoma City, beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather, died Friday after a lengthy illness. He was born in Prague, Indian Territory on January 7, 1902. He graduated from Prague High School, and attended Oklahoma A and M College in Stillwater. He then moved to Oklaoma City where he met and married beatrice Swanda. Together they owned and opereated the Kozak Grocery for 31 years of marrige before her death in 1983. Mr Kozak was a member of Christ the King Catholic church where he attended for 40 years. He was active in Daybreak and the Share and Care Club. He is survived by a daughter, Dolores "Lorrie" Kozak Kreger, her husband, Joe, and their two children, Karen and Kathy, all of Oklahoma City; a son Frank D "Dan" Kozak, his wife, Marjorie, of Midland Texas, and their children, Danette and husband Ron of Kauai Hawaii and Jeffrey Kozak, md, his wife, Lee Ann, and their three children of Houston Texas. Memorials may be made to Daybreak and the Share and Care Club, Christ the King Catholic Church . . The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 am on Saturday, December 28, with burial at Memorial Park, Oklahoma City. Services by Smith and Kernke.
