  • Notes
    • It is with sadness that I report the death of Sis Dena (Swanda) Peschl, a 50 year WFLA member, and a member of Lodge El Reno No 438. Dena died June 14, 1980 at the home of her son, A Jimmy Peschl. She was born May 17, 1906 on the family farm homestead in Yukon, Oklahoma. She was an independent business woman and land owner, and a lifelong member of St Joseph Old Cathedral in Oklahoma City. Mass of Christian burial was June 17th from the Cathedral with interment in Fiarlawn Cemetery. Survivors are a son, A Jimmy Peschel of Oklahoma City; a daughter Diane Marie Cavanaugh of San Diego, California; 4 grandchildren; a great grandchild; a sister Beatrice Kozak of Oklahoma City; and a brother, Franklin Swanda of Rogers, Arkansas. Members of Lodge El Reno No 438 of El Reno Oklahoma, and her many friends of Local WFLA lodges, extend sincere sympathy to the bereaved family and friends. Golda Pata, corr sec.
