Mrs. Clarkson Dies in Hospital

Mrs. Blanche Bernice Clarkson 47, of 111 NW 32nd, died Monday morning in Wesley hospital. Death was caused by cancer.

Born in Galveston, Texas, Mrs Clarkson had lived in Oklahoma since childhood. She was the wife of Albert L. Clarkson, an employee of the state highway department. She was a member of the First Presbyterian church.

Services will be announced by the Street and Draper funeral home.

Other survivors are a son, Rowland Albert Clarkson, 2035 NE 28th; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Hutchison jr. 537 NW 39th; a brother, Robert S. Rowland, Oklahoma City; three sisters, Mrs. Robert F. Garland, San Antonio, Texas; Mrs. Phil Pendergrast and Mrs. W. J. Walker, both of New Orleans, La.; and two grandchildren.
