Obituary of Olga Swanda Svejkovsky


Olga E Svejkovsky of Oklahoma City, born October 8, 1903 in Yukon, Oklahoma, passed away at the Oklahoma Heart Center at Baptist Medical center on October 18, 1985. a life-long resident of the Oklahoma City area, she had been a member of the OKC Orchid Club, the Mustand Valley Home Extension Club, and attended St Charles Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Svejkovsky; her parents, Charles and Emma Swanda; and her brother, Vernon Swanda. She is survived by three devoted sons and daughters-in-law, Bill R and Marilyn Svejkovsky, Paul A and Sue Svejkovsky; Donald L and Mary Jane Svejkovsky; five grandchildren; two greatgrandchildren; brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a mulitude of friends, all of whom will miss her greatly. Olga loved life and took advantage of all it offered, always sharing and giving of herself to others. Her loving ways, sincerity, and generosity will be remembered always. Wake services were 7:00 pm on sunday, October 10 at Smith and Kernke. Services and interment at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery Chapel on Monday Oct 21 at 11:00 am. Directed by Smith and Kernke.
