On the 13th of July 1849 I James F Robberts located Warrant No 29113 on the South half of North West quarter and the North East quarter of the South West quarter and the North west quarter of the South East quarter of Section thirty Township No Sixteen Eighty North Range No Sixteen West in the District of Lane(?) offered for sale at Iowa City by the hand of Col Benton of Iowa City
Assigned and Sworn to Before
C Williams Clerk of the Court of Mahaska County Iowa

Also claimed the NE qt of the SE qt of Sec 30 & the north half of the SW qt & N. . Section 29 Town 80 Range 16 West
This July the 12th AD 1849 JF Robberts

On the 22nd of July AD 1849 JF Robberts moved nere to the above described peace or tract of Land in the house of Johnson Latimers in the county of Powersheik Iowa JFR
